Capturing packets

I need to capture all the packets sent and received from an ip address,
on the inside of a ipchains firewall.

Here is what I know:

1. The internal ip address of the workstation.
2. The packets are TCP.

I can see the MASQ connection with ipchains -M -L. I need to be able to
capture these packets and see what are inside them.

Can anybody help?
