Hosting a full time web site is in violation with my @HOME service
agreement.  Maybe yours too?   @HOME maybe just seeing if people are running
full time web servers so that they can limit your bandwitdh or something.  I
doubt they're doing this port scanner for a purely noble purpose, ie spam
scanning crap.
