Program does not load?

Hi! Im using  Enlightenment 0.16.3 with Gnome and for some odd reason after
awhile of loading applications, the application loading stops!  I can't get
Netscape, Eterm or whatever application there is to load.  Does anyone know
whats wrong?  When you look at the desktop it doesnt seem to have any
problems.  I hope someone can help me out.  Thank you very much for your
help! =)
