Odd. Try running $EBIN/e_gen_menus
Followed by (when the first is done) eesh -e reload_menus
See if the logout option appears then?
Otherwise just open a terminal and type
$ eesh -e exit
CTRL+ALT+BACKSPACE is evil and should be avoided :)
