Consider Nextmax's web/mail server package (www.netmax.com). Runs RH 6.1.
About $62.00 at buy.com. Really easy to set up a mail server for users in a
Windows domain. Configuration is via a web browser on any of your windows
PC's. Don't need to learn much about Linux. It just works.
