I tried sending this to the newsgroup without much luck.

I have Red Hat 6.0 installed on a 13.5G IDE drive. The drive is one
x0f extended  partition with several logical partitions. 
The drive was originally partitioned with Partition Magic, 
The drive is the second drive in the system and all the partitions 
on it are linux. I am using the latest boot diskette with the 
anaconda updates. When I try to upgrade I get a message that I
have no linux partitions. If I select expert mode and a new 
install disk druid finds all the linux partitions with no problem.
