I have a procedure (not completed) that contains the PHP module and Mysql
integration to Apache web server. The PHP part is supposed to be complete.
The other part of the procedure involves the perl module about which you are
not interested . The PHP/Mysql part is taken from Atkinson's Core PHP
Programming. If you want you can have a copy of the procedure and extract the
part about PHP that you are interested in. Several others on the list have
gotten copies from me and as far as I know the PHP part of the procedure has
worked for them.

Have a nice day. Contact me directly if you want a copy of the procedure.
