I just evaluated arkeia. It is excellent, and for your configuration it is
free (but no scheduled backup). There might be a way to do backup from
cron with their command line tool arkc. The best part (for me )is that
they have a client process for windows machines so you don't have to play
games like mounting the win box's drives with samba.
The bad news is if you need more than two clients and scheduled backups,
it becomes *extremely* expensive - around $700 for a 1 server/ 5 client
scenario.
I hope this helps you. I am now looking again for something reasonable
that makes backing up both a linux server and 4-5 win boxes *unattended*
and can be administered remotely without a X gui. I'm going to try perfect
backup next. It's $70, and (i'm not sure yet) I think the latest version
6.12 has a windows client. The older version is free I believe which I
think is the only one you can download to eval anyway.
