I am no database expert, however it depends on what you really want to do
with it......  MySQL is  popular, however if you read its license I am not
sure why, it is fast, but Lacks what ProgreSQL offers, also ProgreSQL has a
better licencse and is probably why RH back it.  A lot of the programs that
use MySQL also work with ProgreSQL, and possibly more will be ported later

Oracle I would imagine a lager firm or company that has already been using
it.
