Used to be. In wu-ftpd 2.6.0, we completely rewrote virtual server
support. (Note: linuxconf hasn't been adapted to the new virtual server
scheme yet. You have to edit some files manually. Check the man pages for
ftpaccess and ftpservers.)

As for 1 IP hosting, it's currently not possible, because the FTP protocol
doesn't support it. We're currently addressing this on the ftp workgroup
of IETF. The next RFC for ftp will include the HOST command, which does 1
IP virtual hosting the same way http/1.1 does.
