just fyi, I just had the machine hang when doing a shutdown -r 0 ( it hung
at the shutdown of eth0 ).
One more problem with this NIC under 6.1.

Well, you asked if "Linux" would support it and I gave an example where
it does...

In any case, really looks like I'll wait for RHL 6.2 before upgrading -
RHL 6.1 seems too buggy...
