Uh, AFAICR, Microsoft left OS/2 to IBM (which, as has been mentioned before,
wasn't even Warp then), way back before even DOS 6 was released. 95 and NT
were unheard of.

Yep, but other press releases from magazine articles etc, say they aren't
quite going to be consolidated. Windows 2000 will be NT and it's variants.
Windows Millenium will be 98 plus a few bugs. Yay! (Yawn)
