Hidden chars or trailing spaces often cause problems. typing
rm -rf l6<TAB> will usually delete files like those. But that
doesn't appear to be your problem.
You've either got drive problems or filesystem problems. What does
the output of these commands look like?
dmesg|tail
ls -l l6*
lsattr l6*
