I believe this is a Windoz issue.  If you want to eliminate the dial-out
box on the W98 box, you will need to fix it there.  Look in the network
setup of the Windoz control panel.  You probably have to diddle with the
dial-up network stuff as well.  Maybe you can get the question answered
by MicroSloth customer support.  HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA  Seriously
though, I have had to fix this problem myself, and did the above changes
on the Winbox to fix this.
