I have printing working now.

I wanted to use apsfilter or magicfilter, because I was familar with
those. But I wound up using the printtool (I hate using it because it
seems to require X to run; I use X, but as wsimpson, and when I su I
can't use X-based tools because they can't get display). I set up the
filter using printtool, restarted lpd, and all is well.
