I have been trying to optimize the compilation
of a new kernel for my celeron 300a system. Whenever
I try these CFLAGS it outright fails to compile...
WHY??? How do I get the damn thing to fully optimize
for my system? I am trying to get it compiled for a
pentium-pro based system, NOT a 386/486 generic
system but it wont let me.
Attached are the optimizations I have been trying for
CFLAGS. What is the problem and how do I do it?
When I try to compile I get the attached compile-errors.
Basically, I can't build ksysmoops at the very start of
the compile and this error only occurs if I try to
go beyond a simple optimization of changing the flag
from 02 to 03 plus other flags.
Any help would be much appreciated.
