When I installed RHLinux 6.0 I bought a 12GB drive for cheap and 
installed it as the 2nd disk in an existing system with Billdoze98 on it.
I found I had to partition the Linux as one 8GB and one 4GB partition
for Linux to recognize it.  Over 8, and no good. And don't forget
to add a swap partition first (use about 1.5 or twice the RAM) when
making that swap, also thinking that you could upgrade the RAM later.
