I do this currently. My ISP is "hosting my domain" and holds all 
incoming email til I dialup to retrieve it, and then I relay my 
outgoing email thru his box during the dialup.

contact you ISP who will give you instructions.

BTW. I currently use RHL303 for my dialup box, and am moving to 
RHL50 this week.
