Okay, i tried this. But it turns out that there's a further complication.
fstool had corrupted the /etc/fstab file, so Linux couldn't mount my floppy
drive. (I was trying to boot Linux to fix precisely this when i realized
that LILO had been deleted.) So, when i try to boot from the diskette, it
gets to a certain point then gives me a "Kernal panic" message and halts.

¿Any ideas? I've opened a ticket with Red Hat support (its a recent
install), but they usually take two days to reply.
