I'm not an attorney, and wouldn't even presume to begin trying to figure out
what laws would apply.
But from a purely civil aspect, you could sue, because you could demonstrate
substantial losses would be incurred as a direct result of that person's
actions. And, more importantly, there's a very good chance your former
admin will believe this too, so a phone call from the attorney is likely to
be all that's required.
So I only speak to that part, because I'm sure of it.
