If you are using AnotherLevel, it's scripts run wmconfig each time
you start fvwm2/AnotherLevel. You need not mess with wmconfig by
hand. [for the curious, wmconfig is run from the fvwm.m4 scripts
found in /etc/X11/Anotherlevel. fvwm.init or fvwm.menu, i believe -
i'm not on linux right now ]

You can change menu items by adding/changing files in
/etc/X11/wmconfig. Read the man page for wmconfig, and
take a look at the files in /etc/X11/wmconfig. This should give
you an idea of how to add or change menu items.

One note of caution: I have found that wmconfig will not update menu
entries for lynx (for example) if "lynx~" exists. Only if there are
no backup files will Anotherlevel (through wmconfig) generate the
new, correct menu item.

Hope this helps. Contact me if you need more info.
