I use a lot of languages other than English, for word processing, e-mail,
etc. The Windows "English US International" (and the default Mac keyboard
layout) really work well for this, since i can easily access extended
characters (e.g. ö, ñ, à, é, ç) without having to learn a non-US (often
non-QWERTY) keyboard layout. ¿Does anything comparable exist in Linux? I
don't know how i could get any of these characters in Linux.
