Like Bryan Andregg said, some more details would help, but if you're talking about just getting two generic SCSI drives raided together in a single array, the md (MultipleDevices) driver will do it in software. I've been playing with it and it's pretty easy to set up, and so far hasn't caused any crashes on the systems where I have it installed. The basic support comes in the standard kernel these days (might require a recompile), but you do still need a couple of programs to manage your devices. There's an rpm at ftp.redhat.com/pub/contrib/i386/, which (I think) is where I got mine. I think the only one you need is the md rpm (there are several called mdb which I think belong to something else).
