It isn't. It's easy enough to get the space out of the DOS partition
(FIPS, which is free, and Partition Magic, which isn't, can both do this).
But there is no way to add the space to your ext2 partition (unless
Partition Magic is a lot smarter than I think it is!) It is difficult
enough to add space to a DOS partition, and ext2 is a lot more complicated
than FAT. You will have to create a new partition(s) to use the new
space. Note that this shouldn't be a problem. If you did things the
Right Way and split your files up over many partitions, then relocating
the data won't be too hard. If you did things the Wrong Way and made one
partition for all your Linux data, then you could probably benefit by
putting /usr on your new partition (on my system, /usr takes up 380 MB not
counting /usr/local, and that's with all the kernel source installed,
which is about 40MB).
Or you could backup, reformat, and restore... :)
