Most business people know that 80% of their profits come from 20% of their customer base. Likewise, 80% of complaints, problems and expenses come from 20% of the customers. Needless to say those customers are seldom found in the 20% most profitable customers.
There is no doubt that RH is in it for the money. They will go to where the money is. And I wish them well. Maybe some day they'll see me there, but if not, I'll keep on keeping on.
