nah, hit them where it really hurts, refuse to register any new domains with them and encourage any that have domains registered with them to transfer to a different registrar. If they can't be civil and learn to play well with others we can ( mostly) exclude them from the game.
I have one domain register with them. I'm going to transfer it and let them now why.
