I did finally get MailScanner to install. I downloaded the new 4.23-11
rpm and ran the ./install.sh script, which was able to compile and
install perl-IO-stringy and perl-MIME-tools. This did overwrite the up
to date and working modules I'd already installed through CPAN. I don't
care though - at least now the dependencies are resolved and I can use
apt without it complaining about mailscanner.
