If all it ever going to be doing is spam filtering then the workstation
option is the best way to go.  If you want to use it as a spam filterer
and as a personal workstation, install "all" and definitely upgrade your
RAM.

If you ever want to use the X-Windows GUI tools from the console, then I
reccomend adding more mmeory.  I like to use 512MB as a minimum RAM
complememnt for heavy GUI use.  But I tend to have "Lots" of windows
open and I am accessing multiple systems at the same time from the same
console.  YMMV, FWIW.
