Is there some reason you need e XDMP stuff?  You are authenticated via
the vnc client connect process and since the server runs as a user XDMP
should not be needed.

If what you are trying to do is allow any one to connect to the vnc
server and then authenticate vi the xdm login screen, I don't know if
that is possible.
