No clue, but I'll give you a hint (sssh... don't tell anyone ;-)

AVG, which previously released a free verson of an antivirus client for
Windows, works great for scanning server shares.  I have a client where
we've setup a number of mapped Samba shares.  After configuring AVG, it
runs a daily scan against all the Samba shares on the Red Hat 8.0
server.  Not bad for a free A/V client.  :)
