Michael,
we have at least DOS 6.21. We are using PC-NFS version 5.1a. I have been told
that the later versions (PC-NFSpro, Solstice) do not work with a plain DOS
installation but require Windows. Maybe it would work after the installation
when you boot into DOS but I am not sure. I do not know if Sun still sells
old versions (you need a license, etc.; cost probably a few 100 bucks). But
I have seen many other posts about free software. Maybe you try those first.
