The card is not detecting a heartbeat on the network cable.
Check your cable and connections. See if there are any lights
lit on the card (beside the network socket).

Logs are in /var/log. 
/var/log/messages gets most info.


Your system clock is incorrect too - your
messsages are coming from the future......
