I feel your pain. The reason you have to do this is because 99% of the
people on this list do not know how to properly trim there emails.
Unless you have your mail window really small you'll most likely be able
to read this reply (hopefully) and that's because I trimmed everything I
wasn't reply to.

Most of the people on this list just put their cursor where they want to
respond and press enter a few times, then write their message and send.
They of course don't trim the irrelevant parts of the previous message.
I think it's really lazy to do that.

And contrary to your NOT liking bottom posting because you can't see
what the person is responding to, that's the exact reason I don't like
top posting.

I'm on an NT list and the guys on that thing will reply to a 10k email
with one line, or even a few words. And with the 8 line header that
Outlook creates when replying you usually cannot see the original text
unless you scroll down, even if they are responding with only one line.
