 No, since obviously your ISDN card seems to be already supported. (If you are 
having problems configuring your ISDN card you should probably post a new 
question with a different subject.)

 Did you upgrade your kernel to 2.4.20 or is the old kernel working? In the 
latter case it's a good idea to upgrade anyway.

 And did you check if using make menuconfig gives another result than using 
xconfig when compiling a kernel?
