Im not sure how my experiences are different from others, but I found
500mHz Celeron w/ 256mb ( my old system ) ran RH8 quite well. Maybe I
just have lower standards, but I managed get my work done. Load times
werent signifigantly lower than my new system ( Athlon 1500mHz, 512mb ),
which in turn is very comparable to my win2000 partition on the same
machines.
