src.rpm files are not installed, they are _extracted_ and not
entered into the RPM database. They contain source code packages and
scripts that are used to build binary rpm packages (e.g. .i386.rpm).

By default, a src.rpm is extracted into two directories below
/usr/src/redhat. The "kernel-2.4.20-19.9.src.rpm" is the source rpm
that builds the various "kernel-*" binary packages, including the
"kernel-source-2.4.20-19.9.i386.rpm".

The kernel-source-2.4.20-19.9.i386.rpm is the package you want to
install if you need the kernel source code in /usr/src/linux-2.4.
