Can someone tell me what the difference is between "kernel-sources-2.4.20-19.9.rpm" and "kernel-2.4.20-19.9.src.rpm". The .src. File is like 35MB! The -sources- file is 39MB. How come the .src. File doesn't show up in a "rpm -qa | grep kernel" command and how can I uninstall it now that I've installed it?
It would make sense to me that the .src. File is the source code to the kernel, but I don't see anything in /usr/src/linux until AFTER I install the "kernel-sources" file. I don't get it. http://daevid.com -- redhat-list mailing list unsubscribe mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] https://www.redhat.com/mailman/listinfo/redhat-list
