Insert the WindowsXP-CD and boot into SystemRecovery-Mode, but I do
not know if this works if there is no proper XP installed.
Once your are in you can "fixmbr" the MBR.

OR

Take a look at www.bootdisk.com and reach for a MS-DOS 6.22-bootdisk.
Once you booted this you may try "format /mbr" and it should work as
well.
