I use a 2-port belkin kvm switch at work and at home. Only problem I've
ever had is with the work one when I got a new PC with a USB microsoft
optical intellimouse (5-button/wheel thing). It actually worked fine
with the pc and redhat 9. However, the kvm switch didn't like it too
much and started acting 'strange' - mouse moving on its own accord;
selecting things, etc. Not very nice. Swapped back to a good old
2-button ps2 mouse. Possibly a newer kvm switch would have no problem,
both mine are a bit old now :-)
