Sure, and it won't even require a reboot <wink>.  First, you need to
find the kernel-source rpms that match your running kernel.  If you're
just running the stock kernel from the install CD, then you can just
browse your installation CDs ( /mnt/cdrom/RedHat/RPMS, iirc) until you
find the source rpm.  It'll be called (surprise):
kernel-source-blah-blah.rpm

rpm -i that file and you'll be set.

If you've updated your kernel, you'll need to get a newer kernel-source
rpm (specifically, one that matches your running kernel).  If you've
done all your updates via up2date, then most likely you can just install
the one from the CD and run up2date.
