3dfx is slower under Linux because the Linux drivers is not yet fully
optimized. But the performanceloss are just 3-4%.

I have 24 frames per second on my P222MMX, 64MB, Diamond Monster 3D 4Mb
when I run timedemo1 and demo1.dm2/demo2.dm2.
Other stats are 640x480, low quality sound, no "HD caching".
