kernel panic

Hello,
(BI use Red Hat Linux 7.2
(BI have a problem after I use "parted" and "gpart". While I try to restor 
(Band resize partition, I got an error--

(BWhat should I do now?
(BI started up by "linux rescue" , but /etc/fstab, /etc/lilo.conf and /boot
(Bhave disappeared.
(BCould someone please advise me on how to set things up?
