I have one like that, and I use the command "insmod imm" and then I mount the Zip disk in this way:
 
mount -t vfat /dev/sda4 /mnt/zip
 
Look at the /var/log/messages file to see how the system recognize the drive (usually as a SCSI disk on  /dev/sda4)
 
You have to create the /mnt/zip folder.

I have a 100Mb Zip drive and want to be able to use this with my RH Linux. What do I need to do to get this to work.

I have tried to run insmod ppa, but it came back with some messages about missing modules.
