It's a script I wrote some time ago and I should probably rewrite it and get
rid of the bloat but it works so I'm postponing the inevitable. It does a
lot of whois stuff, pings, fingers, etc... It comes with a TUI and I use it
to chase 'script kiddies' and 'hackers to be' when their IP has the honour
of being recorded in my messages file. :-)
