Illegal, immoral, and downright stupid. Just because the IP address is
up now doesn't even mean it's the same person. It's a dialup IP address
s someone else mentioned, so the original hacker may be gone and some
innocent gramma now online.
If you think you're being hacked now, look up the phone number of the
ISP and call them. That will ensure some immediate action.
