I'm using samba with winbind on my w2k domain. That's work fine (many thanks to Chris Palmer). I have another question regarding this project. Is it possible to change the permission of a file using GUI of windows? For exemple, if I want to give access to many groups is that's possible? Currently I'm able to do it using Linux ACLs (setfacl & getfacl). This work well. I'm just looking if I can do the something using windows interface to set permissions...
Second, is it normal that when I doi ls -als, I see the username and group like this:
4 drwxr-x--- 2 DOMAIN+jemthe DOMAIN+sinfsyst 4096 Feb 24 17:11 tata/
There is a way to hide the DOMAIN+?
Thanks all
Regards, Yanick Quirion
