No, it isn't obvious. With it's faked headers, the message looks
like it could by everything ranging from a virus-triggered message
to a spam test.

Please use a valid sender address and add an explanation at the
beginning that is a service from Jeff Kinz and is specific to
"redhat-list" and doesn't apply to other lists (you write "from one
of the RedHat mailing lists" which is clearly wrong).

  Subject: Re: Please let me unsubscribe

on 25th of January (!) and received your bot's message on 20th of
February. Useless.
