As of late, I have noticed the clock on my system drifting like crazy. I am running Red Hat 7.3, with full updates from RHN. The package ntp-4.1.1-1 is installed and running. My ntp.conf is as follows:
restrict default ignore restrict 127.0.0.1 server nss.nts.umn.edu server ntp1.cs.wisc.edu server ntp-2.vt.edu server ntp-0.cso.uiuc.edu server gilbreth.ecn.purdue.edu server ntp-1.mcs.anl.gov driftfile /etc/ntp/drift broadcastdelay 0.008 authenticate yes Any ideas what is going on?
