Hi all, I want to update the linux kernel on two machines. One is an Athlon (Thunderbird 1.1GHz 200MHz FSB) and the other is a 400MHz Celeron (actually, there are four machines in this cluster, all 400MHz Celerons).
What are the latest Kernels for these machines, and where can I find them? (I've tried the Red Hat web site, but a search for "kernel" brings up nothing...) btw, I'm running RH8.0 with the 'out of the box' kernel. Thanks. Andy P.S. If they are RPMs is installation as simple as rpm -i (install-options) 'new-kernel' or is it more difficult than this?
