OK, so you're saying addresses 178.1.222.11 & 178.1.221.1. > Is there is a cable problem, then I will not get connected from clients. All the systems are in a same switch and netmask is 255.255.255.0. Now you're saying the netmask is 255.255.255.0. Is this correct? This means that the address 178.1.222.11 can only reach subnet 178.1.222.x Also means that the address 178.1.221.1 can only reach subnet 178.1.221.x Is this what you are trying to do?
